We want you to represent the Frisco RoughRiders with pride, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that game-worn items and customized jerseys are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are still attached to the sports apparel.

• 3.
  Ship to the Ballpark

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or bring it directly to the Riders Outpost team store.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
